the Fall of 2010. ~ What:
Gentle Beginning Yoga - No experience needed! Who: Co-ed, ages 15 and up. Where:
Wesley United Methodist Church, 3515 Helena Avenue, Nederland, Texas 77627
* Scripture and reflection read at the beginning of class * Stress reduction
breathing techniques * Yoga poses and postures to help ease back pain
* Yoga poses and postures to increase strength, flexibility & balance What
else: Bring Yoga Mat, towel, bottled water & monetary donation. Childcare
available upon 24 hour prior request. How much: $8 per class, $5 for church members. Other:
Half of the money will go toward the funds for acquiring new children's playground
equipment, the other half toward my continuing education credit and training.
